Happy Groundhog Day!

Well, looks like we’re in for another 6 weeks of winter. If it stays like it has been, it won’t be so bad! Still, you might be starting to get cabin fever and what better way to relieve that than by spending time at Caravan Beads! We just received a restock of our wire, and are expecting pearls any day now. Come on in and work on an old or new project. We’d love to see you! Look below for what classes we’ve got scheduled this weekend for you! Don’t forget about Valentines Day… We have everything you need to help you put together something special for your special someone! Our free lesson this weekend is our Fancy Wire Earrings and Necklace.

Don’t forget about Barb Switzer, our visiting artist and teacher who will be joing us the first weekend in March. Some of her classes are almost full. Don’t wait until it’s too late to sign up! Fancy Wire Wrapped
Earring & NecklaceIn this lesson you will learn how to make a pair of very artistic looking posts, a pendant, and your own hook & eye clasp. A great class for any level. You will have choices in colors of beads and the color of the metal.

Kit fee: $10.00

We’re almost through January. How did that happen so fast? Remember to think about Valentine’s Day gifts – its coming up super fast. Barb has been teaching wire classes since 1998, when she began as an instructor at Fusion Beads.

She has edited two books, contributed to several bead magazines, and was editor of Simply Beads magazine in 2008 and 2009.

Barb travels all over the US to teach in stores and at bead shows.

Caravan Beads and Briolette Beads are pleased to welcome Barb the first weekend in March. Take a look belowat the classes she’ll be teaching – there is still time to sign up!

We had a good run of it, but it looks like winter has finally hit. Bundle up, stay warm and drive safe! There are still spaces in some of our regularly scheduled classes this weekend. Look below for what we’ve got scheduled for you! Our free class this week is our Seahorse Pendant.

GROUPON ALERT! We are running another Groupon deal scheduled for Monday, January 23. This deal is for our Beading Bootcamp: Basic Training and our new class, Beading Bootcamp: Advanced Basic Training.
